Hope for a New Year

I believe that children are our future
Teach them well and let them lead the way

Drive-Thru Lechon

Lechon, or roasted pig, seems to be the choice cut for Christmas dinner here in Manila. People drive up and a vendor wraps the lechon in newspaper and loads it in their trunk.
